We do things a little differently than most
Horse Rentals.
Quick Overview of why we are different:
1. Rides are done on highly trained show
horses (not "rental" horses.)
2. We schedule rides by appointment
only, so please email ahead of time for availability.
3. Group size is currently limited to 3
riders, and children must be experienced riders.

Highly Trained Show Horses. 
Our horses are show & performance
horses.
These are not "rental string" horses
that only know how to follow each other. Riders are expected to learn basic
commands and follow the wranglers directions at all times. Our rides are geared
more for riders with some experience that would be bored on a traditional
"rental horse" trail ride.
All trail rides start in the arena for you to
learn your horse's basic commands. Safety is our first
priority, so we stay in the arena until you are comfortable on your horse.
Remember, these are highly trained show & performance horses who are
responsive to the cues you give.
Rider Weight Limit is 180 lbs. Horses
have sensitive backs and there is a limit on how much weight they can carry
safely. By law, horses used for rental cannot be asked to carry more than 20% of
their body weight. An average western saddle weighs 35 lbs. Most horses range
from 900 to 1100 pounds. We are adding some larger horses for larger riders. We
currently have one horse that can accommodate a 200 lb rider. In
the mean time, If you have a group of larger rider, we can recommend some
ranches that stock larger horses for your trail ride.
5. Group Size & Fees. We
only take out small groups of 1 to 3 riders. One rider is $50, 2 or 3 are $40 each. Most
rides are 1 hour, but we can schedule longer rides by request.
